If it won't work for you, then you got problem with your game dump.

but i do have trouble with the video in the actual game place itself.

it seems that some sort of shadowy graphic is cast when anything moves in the game ( character, camera movement, etc.) which makes it impossible to play

i tried adjusting all my video settings, including compiler settings and the problem still persists. I actually turned off all the video settings and everything else is fine except for this problem that still persists

can anyone help me out?

here are some screenshots

as you can see, the shadow covering zacks face and body are actually his body from previous frames. i have no idea how to fix this.

(I am using the latest version of jpcsp 2324)
I can confirm jpcsp2323 cause the graphic bug .

RE: CRISIS CORE:FINAL FANTASY VII - ULUS10336 - Velosis - 10-06-2011

First of all I want to thank everyone here for the support and help on getting this game running it helped me out a lot. Working pretty good for me excluding a few problems that I can't seem to get around. First being no music (excluding the start menu where you choose new or load game) I had it working the first time I played but the next day when I loaded it up again there was no music in game. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling SonicStage. Even tried installing via the temp folder setup and it hasn't fixed it. The 2nd is a FPS drop rate during combat. Normally I get about 30-40 fps but when in combat it drops to about 20. It doesn't happen in every battle but the majority.
Setting I have on currently are.

Video
Use vertex cache
Use shaders (experimental)
Use a Geometry Shader for 2D rendering (only relevant when using shaders)
Enable saving GE screen to Textures instead of Memory
Enable dynamic shader generation (only relevant when using shaders rec for AMD/ATI)

Media
Use Media Engine (Works only with 32bit JPCSP)
Decode audio files with sonic stage (you must have ss installed for this to work)
Use non-native fonts from flash0 folder

Compiler
Use compiler (dynarec)
50 Maximum method size

You have to live with FPS drops during combat as it will be more graphics heavy.

As for music, the best thing to do is to try a different rev. I know that they've improved music support with the latest revs so try one of these out instead of the one you are currently using. If that doesn't work try to try older ones.

Alright I got the music working. Problem was I wasn't running as admin x.x; as for the FPS I take it then everyone has got that problem?

From your screenshot, it seems you are trying to open your UMD with the menu "Load File", you should use "Load UMD".
