RE: DISSIDIA FINAL FANTASY - ULUS10437 [Encrypted] - Vegerunks - 02-13-2011 And Noir technically its against the rules telling people how to decrypt without a psp at all on here. And They don't support you playing JPCSP if you do not own your own PSP Granted I don't know their rules about you owning the game without owning a psp... PCSX2, Exspxe, Dolphin, NO$GBA they all support gaming for free don't they? RE: DISSIDIA FINAL FANTASY - ULUS10437 [Encrypted] - Vegerunks - 02-14-2011 Quote:PCSX2, Exspxe, Dolphin, NO$GBA they all support gaming for free don't they? They do not, they support gaming on your computer, the developers of those programs do not support the pirating of the games. There's a big difference between the 2. Just because a program can play a free game does not mean it is supported. Example: Microsoft doesn't support Pirated PC games even though their PCs can play them. RE: DISSIDIA FINAL FANTASY - ULUS10437 [Encrypted] - hyakki - 02-14-2011 1. To legally use console emulators you need to own the working physical console equivalent (IE: Pcsx2 you need to own a ps2, Dolphin a WII | Gamecube | Triforce, Epsxe a psx, Snex9x a Nintendo, and jpcsp | pcsp you need a PSP), there can be some exceptions (like home-brew games), unless the emulator needs a bios then there is no exception since it needs to come out of the console. 2. if you meet the above requirement then the second one is you must own the physical game (meaning you paid for the game. from a reputable store, renting / copying from friend does not count) and since this is getting off-topic to clear up question on the decryption. Jpcsp cannot decrypt this title yet, the only way to play it on jpcsp is to use your psp to decrypt the game or wait for a newer Jpcsp build, but i doubt its top priority now. RE: DISSIDIA FINAL FANTASY - ULUS10437 [Encrypted] - Orphis - 02-14-2011 Crisis Core has never been encrypted to my knowledge. Even if it was, Jpcsp can now decrypt lots of games. But still, you need a PSP to dump it like any other. If you don't have a PSP, then you are pirating it somehow. And we're not the rights owner, of the games you can find on illegal websites. It's sad that people are pirating but it's not our fight. Still, we don't like piracy and we are doing what we can so people don't take the emulator for a pirate tool. That being said, don't try to reason with us on that subject, it would be foolish and only result with a ban. Last warning. I don't understand the point of having an emulator when you've already owned the psp and a game Anyways, I'm just wondering how Hyakki and Itaru are able to play the encrypted Dissidia game using JPCSP without having the same problem as Zack Fair. I just want to know how they configure their jpcsp or something. RE: DISSIDIA FINAL FANTASY - ULUS10437 [Encrypted] - Vegerunks - 02-14-2011 the point of emulators once they have reached a good enough quality has a lot of points. One being you can conserve your psp's battery when at home. Another is once the emulator has proceeded far enough you can make use of the graphic improvements/bigger screen and we already told you how they can play it. They have used their PSP to either decrypt it or it wasn't encrypted for them in the first place. RE: DISSIDIA FINAL FANTASY - ULUS10437 [Encrypted] - fatalkaiser - 02-14-2011 Great performance at rev 1985! Almost full speed (in-battle): VIDEO: * Use Vertex Cache * Use Shaders (experimental) * Enable VAO (only relevant when using shaders and vertex cache, can improve performance). * Enable saving GE Screen to Textures instead of Memory MEMORY: * Ignore invalid memory access * Ignore unmapped imports MEDIA: * Use media engine * Decoce audio files with SonicStage COMPILER: * Use Dynarec * My Maximum method size is set to 3000. My notebook specs: MS Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit Intel Core2 Duo CPU T5670 1.8 GHz, NVidia GeForce 8400GS 3,00 Gb RAM (For better performance at the menu stage selection, i suggest just only check "Use Vertex Cache" in Video setings). The key option to check, I find, is "Enable Saving GE Screen to Textures instead of Memory". Even doing just that gave me a massive boost in FPS during battle and cutscenes. Almost full speed now! Great job, devs! RE: DISSIDIA FINAL FANTASY - ULUS10437 [Encrypted] - darkcloudl - 02-16-2011 yeah, in some scenarios obtain almost full speed with x86 version (ff4, ff6 y ff7), in ff1 scenario i obtain max 20 fps, an another scenarios have 20-25 fps, with x64 version the speed in all scenarios is almost fullspeed, but ff1 have 20 fps too XD, i cant use shaders because i have a ati card, apart from visual improvements, the shaders, vertex cache and the vao option help you have better speed? |
