Well that's weird. An old revision from the buildbot works fine, but checking that revision out with git and rebuilding it still doesn't load. Speed is exceptional (40-60 fps, no pausing like before) until you press new game. After that it drops to 1 fps, and some button mashing later you get this for a while before it hangs, I think.
