Well it Worked thanks, The solution was BOTH to rename the file from: (psp3/jpcsp-windows-x86) to : (psp3/jpcsp) And also using the Launcher from the link in your sig. Thank you. My thoughts are...Maybe my comp can't run Batch files? I've had trouble with them before

Is weird, yes; but i have notice that some Windows version does not work properly with batch files. Good to know your problem is solved.

If you could, run start-windows-x86.bat normal; i mean, don't start it using the option "Run as administrator". I wanna try something.
