Do the tutorial reachable as the first result using google of "How to dump PSVita Games" can make some progress in emulation?
(I can't put external links if I'm not wrong)

Well, one of the things you need for emulating stuff is definitely the games, so dumping is useful. Dumping games from a PS3 is easy, but I don't know much about PSV.
Though if you have any un-dumped PSV games, then you could probably dump them and post them somewhere on the Internet. Not here though.
