Then we will not need at3tool.exe or atrac3plus2wav.exe anymore It is indeed horrible to be in trouble about sony RE: Yet another at3+ encoder/decoder - VIRGIN KLM - 04-03-2013 (04-03-2013, 02:23 AM)Hykem Wrote: Okay, I know I've been a bit quiet about this subject, but here are a few things everyone need to know:Yeah that's what should be done, this was what I tried (possibly in a wrong way) to explain. It's illegal to use those files under no exceptions. You have no licence by Sony? You just cannot use it for any purpose. Any tool that has a function that gives the ability to use it is against the law. People insist over and over that it is not illegal, but people who know how the law works and know how those files are secured know what I'm talking about. This can be used as best case scenario as a reference tool to speed up the process and help somebody reverse engineer the codec, but this is the most far you can get from using it without having troubles with law. Now, FFMPEG's project started from when they found out about this tool, for the exact legal reason nobody can use it, they started to work on an open source project on this. I was trying to wave a red flag. RE: Yet another at3+ encoder/decoder - freefive - 04-03-2013 I do not know how the law of USA works. In my country, non-commercial academic use is under exception. I have the decrypted file but I've searched and experiemented for the past hour and I can't figure out how to "unpack" it and get to the file. Please let me know how to do that. Thanks! RE: Yet another at3+ encoder/decoder - Zekro - 04-03-2013 I found it pretty simple, take the PGD.decrypted and change the file extension to .cpk, then using quick bms with the cpk script should unpack it.Tried with sword art online infinity moment however I don't know which file has the models since all the files have no extension |
