* aa: wheel mouse support (while Ctrl is held down) for sidebar, a la wa.
* aa: changed compiler options. Now executable is more than 50K shorter, and might work better with OS4 WB "Icons|Information..." embedded version detection.
* added F4 (RESET) toolbar button.
* aa: fixed: console toolbar gadgets weren´t getting ghosted/unghosted properly in updatesmlgads().
* aa: fixed: menu lending didn´t work once the main window had been closed and then reopened.
* malzak 2: F4 can now be used to control the DIP switch.
