I tried every game I had to cheat them but nothing hapened, and some games they start working in slow motion and pauses.

Be sure to input the codes before loading the games and, also, not every code works.
The CWCheat format specifies a relative address with a joker and the data to write, and JPCSP's implementation is doing what is supposed to (the cheat engine keeps writing the code value at the required address), but in some games it's not changing anything at all.
This is something that still needs to be tested and compared on a PSP.

I'm glad i found this post was going to submit a new topic about this. so not all cwcheats work. that kind of sucks. but i do have a question has anyone tested any of the crisis core cw cheats? specifially;

_L 0x00000063 0x00000000
