* aa: no longer adds a FVER chunk to generated IFF files, to work around broken OS4 version parser.

* si50: now bounce.pgm is included.
* pipbug, si50, dolphin: "draw unlit LEDs?" now defaults to on instead of off.
* now console button tooltips (S/A/B/R) are specific to the current guest machine.
