you should download the latest ppsspp build from here : http://www.ppsspp.org/downloads.html#devbuilds
then download these files here:http://www.mediafire.com/?apdpy71hbkicnvk
and paste it to the program's folder
finally download this folder:http://www.mediafire.com/?afytuan8uc69fov
and paste it in it program's folder .(You can put the game also with the program or not) enjoy playing
