Introduced java decoder for video decoding using h264j. Completely migrated PSP video modules (sceMpeg, scePsmf, scePsmfPlayer) to use this java decoder. Now Xuggle is no longer used in these modules.
Removed now obsolete audio and MediaEngine option settings.
Warning: this change could break a lot of applications! Use only for regression testing.
