it means that this build does not have the recompiler, if you want the build with recompiler, you have to build it yourself, or ask someone to build it for you

Just go to the options and change CPU to ppu interpreter 2.

In the interpreter 2 mode gives this error.

that means that the game does not work yet (spurs are not implemented yet)

Why can't people read the FAQ?! Maybe it should be changed to "Read this before you post". If you haven't noticed we actually don't support commercial games officially. Even the commercial games sub-forum has a sub-title saying that.
