White Screen/Blank screen when trying to run Guided Fate Paradox - his-masters-dance - 12-13-2016 Basically the title, when I try to boot the game the log in the emulator just starts to fire off a bunch of things that look the same, and the screen stays white for like ten minutes of waiting. It might be my hardware. I can post the specs in a minute. Here's the log: http://pasted.co/7b5f14f8 RE: White Screen/Blank screen when trying to run Guided Fate Paradox - ssshadow - 12-13-2016 Tank you for posting the log. There are two issues. First of all you will have to install Notepad++ because regular notepad will not display the config file correctly it seems. 1. This is a disc game but the emulator is a little bit misconfigured.
2. You are missing LLE modules (think BIOS for older emulators). These will be needed for music and such. Google them and then enable for instance the same one as for this game. RE: White Screen/Blank screen when trying to run Guided Fate Paradox - Nekotekina - 12-18-2016 Emulator is OK. /dev_bdvd/ is unique for every disc game, it's detected automatically only if PS3_DISC.SFB is found in proper place. RE: White Screen/Blank screen when trying to run Guided Fate Paradox - ssshadow - 12-18-2016 Ah. Yes, the file PS3_DISC.SFB should be next to the PS3_GAME folder. RE: White Screen/Blank screen when trying to run Guided Fate Paradox - Ronaldo Brazil - 12-22-2016 Hello I have a problem when I use the recompiler (LLVM) option in rpcs3 the emulator does not respond only works in interpreter mode (fast) if I use recompiler (llvm) I get this error can somebody help me with this. However in this case I can see the issue anyway, you have a new Skylake CPU and rpcs3 currently uses an old LLVM version that is incompatible. This is a rpcs3 problem, nothing you can do about it unfortunately. It will be fixed some day, but not for now. |
