when i click on it, i have a bunch of
E {PPU[0x1000000] Thread (main_thread) [0x00018450]} 'sys_mutex_destroy' failed with 0x80010005 : CELL_ESRCH
which ends with
F {PPU[0x1000000] Thread (main_thread) [0x000184b8]} MEM: Access violation reading location 0x3c
it doesn't even open the main window with the game or anything, just this
oh and it doesn't even create a log

It's made to always create a log, close the emulator and don't reopen it before grabbing rpcs3.log
