Starting the game, will freeze the emu for abit, just wait and it will start loading.
Build: rpcs3-v0.0.3-2017-08-18-e6a07e80_win64
In menu's on OpenGL, 60fps smooth and intro videos also
Ingame: 3-20fps max but so random on the fps that it is not yet playable
