Running the official PSP updaters for all firmware versions - gid15 - 12-09-2021

Hi Jpcsp community!

with the latest update (1a4581a), it is now possible to run all the official PSP updaters from all the firmware versions, from version 1.50 to 6.61. I've tested all the 56(!) PSP updaters I could find, based on the reference list from https://playstationdev.wiki/pspdevwiki/index.php/Official_Firmware_(OFW)

After the installation of the firmware, the PSP can also be successfully rebooted into the installed firmware version. I've only tested it yet for the PSP Model "PSP-1000 (Fat)". The other models will follow.

The automatic builds can be downloaded from https://github.com/jpcsp/jpcsp/actions

Feel free to try it out and to share your test results.

For issue reports, don't forgot to include a log file (log.txt) created at the INFO level (menu Debug / Tools / Logger / Show Logger) to help me analyzing the problem.

EDIT: added screenshots of the PSP Updater for Firmware 1.50.

RE: Running the official PSP updaters for all firmware versions - DragonNeos - 12-18-2021

Revision: a8dc7bfd
Graphics Renderer: External Software Renderer
PSP Model: PSP-3000 (Brite, 4th Generation)
Firmware Version: 6.61

I was able to run the PSP Update ver 6.61 with the above settings. The emulator was able to install the firmware files and reboot successfully the first time. There are some errors and warnings that appear throughout the INFO log.

Code:
21:46:47  INFO hle.IoFileMgrForUser - ScePafJob - hleIoOpen filename = flash0:/vsh/etc/index_04g.dat flags = 1 permissions = 0777
21:46:47 ERROR   crypto - ScePafJob - DecryptPRX: SHA1 Hash not matching:

However, on subsequent attempts the reboot process doesn't load properly (see 5th screenshot). When I open JPCSP, I click Reboot and wait for the vsh to appear. The text on the top right corner is squished together and nothing else appears on the screen. Also, the FPS is slow (goes down to 1 FPS) and the vsh appears frozen after a period of time (curves in background stop moving). The vsh doesn't react to any button inputs.
