post a log,
Debug -> Tools -> Logger -> Show Logger -> Select INFO. Load & Run. Compress and post the generated log.html
Maybe add some in-game screenshots to the first post so everyone can see how it runs.

looks like this game uses mono at3+ for the voice, you could try the program here that runs along side jpcsp, it requires "sound forge" though.

the only other known way would be to manually decode the audio on your psp.

It still won't work, only some voices are heard, but most of them aren't

Download and install OpenMG 5. Game has voices and bgm but no sound effect.
And OpenMG 5 can fix no sound in video on some games.
