I got yoshiro's game decrypter working on jpcsp - dragonballz4 - 11-20-2010
i just tried it and it works but need a eboot to test it i have only 2 psp games both dbz's so can anybody upload a encrypted eboot.which can be decrypted by version 4

jpcsp doesn't have the decrypting hardware emulated, so i doubt the program will actually work.
