Can you guys please help me(FF Crisis Core) - Killer - 03-25-2011
This is my first attempt at running a psp emulator so before I came here to ask for help I made sure to do a lot of research online on how to run this thing. I wasn't able to find much and of course I'm running into issues. I download the latest version of JPCSP(at this sitehttp://buildbot.orphis.net/jpcsp/) and on launch I got a message that says that I don't have the proper version of java installed.
Here's the exact error.
"ERROR: The system was unable to find the specified registry key or value

The required version of Java has not been installed.
Go tohttp://java.sun.com to install the 64bit Java JRE"
So I did some double checking and found that I have the latest version of Java 64 installed. I tried getting the 32bit version but to install it says I have to remove the existing one.
So I'm kinda at a loss of what to do. Any thoughts? Also, I'm positive that once I finish this problem I will come across more. What exactly do I have to do to get this game to run?
My goal is FF Crisis Core. Right now I'm at ground zero.

Did you try to run jpcsp using 32-bit java? If you are running jpcsp through .bat file, you can modify it to make it skip registry check or add missing keys to registry or reinstall java or use jpcsp launcher.
