Slow with GE to texture.
Fast with Only GE.
Both show the same FPS but with only GE is fast.
You should be asking,"why him want to make this work with GE to texture", because the video and resize 1.5X,2X works with GE to texture and with only GE this not work.
GE to texture should be more fast than Only GE,so,there some problem with FPS limiter here.
