Small contribution.
Game runs fantastic with basic settings (like the ones above), but certain features do not show (most importantly, the just-introduced HP bars).
Vertex Cache solved this flawlessly for me, everything shows up without any problems. In contrast, using Shaders causes several graphic gliches and crashes in some cases (like when using Vise, for example).

So its Media Engine/SonicStage/flash0/Vertex Cache for me. Hope that helps someone.

recently latest game psp need vertex cache.
