needs the same settings as the USA version
Settings:
[X] Only GE graphics (not recommended for homebrew)
[X] Use vertex cache
[X] Use shaders (experimental)
[X] Enable saving GE screen to Textures instead of Memory

This game was tested with revision a7dcb95. There are a lot of warning messages about audio that appear when the arcade game New Rally-X shows up before the opening video.
