As previously announced, bsnes will now be a part of the multisystem emulator of nintendo consoles, goes by the name higan. The release is now live and packs a load of functionality for snes, nes, gameboy, gameboy color and gameboy advance. I hear there's a DS on the way too. Well, this emulator does not make coffee, trust me I've checked.
The only downside of this marvel of a project is the performance. My Atom@1.6GHz netbook can't handle the load but byuu did the math and that is the price to pay if you want the best snes emu out there.
