hey I am new to this forum so if I have posted in the wrong section please move it anyway I want to know if my computer can run a psp emulator if not can you please tell me what I would need for my computer to run a psp emulator cheers.

processor: AMD FX™ 4100 quad-core processor, 3600 mhz, 2 core(2), 4 logical processor(s)
ram 16gb
graphics card: NVIDA geforce GT 640
don't know if you need to know my directx but it is version 11
