Probably would be nice to open an issue on Github, as the textures seem broken and vlj probably can take a look at it. Though if the game uses cellPngDec, cellJpgDec, then it's probably an HLE problem.

Tested using OpenGL renderer on recent master build v0.0.1-8-60bd2fb. Graphics improved, comparing to earlier test.
