Why do you have random DLLs in rpcs3 folder? Delete all except OpenAL32.dll
You didn't install software requirements as listed on the website. You need Visual Studio 2015 C++ Redestributables.
Desktop: Ryzen 7 5800X, Radeon RX 6800 XT, 2x8G 3600MHz, Manjaro Linux
Laptop: Intel i7 6700HQ, Intel HD 530, 2x8G 2133MHz, Manjaro Linux

Yeah but you need to delete it from the RPCS3 folder. Like Ani said, delete every .dll file there except openal.
