Was having trouble getting Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness(ULUS10308) to play past the scrolling intro text, but managed to fix that by using the x86 .bat, instead of the amd64 one.
But now, can anyone explain how to get voices and music working, if that's even possible yet?
Thanks.

You can't play sounds in 64 bit versions yet. Sorry :p

Ya, I'm using the 32bit version and, right now, most sounds work fine except voices and BGM.
I've been looking through the 'Decode & Batch Copy PSP Audio / Video' thread and followed the steps in the 'BATCH AUDIO AND VIDEO COPYING' section, since I don't have a PSP, but so far I can't get that working too well. Voices and BGM play, but only for a few seconds each before cutting out.
Also, an unrelated question: Can you use save games from JPCSP with a real PSP? Same format, etc.? I plan to get one eventually, so being able to continue from this save would be cool.

Yes, you can. I tried using PSP save games on JPCSP, and it worked, so the opposite should work, too...

This would be surprising. As far as I know savegames of all games using FW 2.0+ have encrypted savegames. Normally you can't use these on JPCSP. Also I'm not so sure if a unencrypted savegame (as produced by JPCSP) will be recognized as valid savegame on a real PSP, never tried this way.
