my system shuts down

so when i try to run the batch file (with any version/build of the jpcsp), the command prompt to run the emulator pops out for a second and then all my apps close down and my computer automatically tells me its shutting down.

then i tried to run it as an administrator, but this time, the command prompt pops up for a second and then it closes, but my comp doesnt shut down.

i just cant get it to run. my firewall is off and everything. my computer should be able to run it as the specs are more than enough. thnx

So your computer is shutting down if you don't run as administrator? You might have a virus
