About game encryption, I'm puzzled. I have a game that was previously reported as encrypted by jpcsp(tactics ogre) and cannot be loaded.

But after playing with hyakki's launcher settings, the game went through and loaded successfully. Is it just coincidence, and that game decryption is something progressively improved on with each new build?
