mamep99 Lagless Edition is a new version of MAME Emulator for Windows.

Features :
-Savestate support
-Custom buttons
-Customizable Autofire
-record/playback (untested, but should work fine)
-All mamep99 games unlocked (ONLY THE SPECIFIED DRIVERS HAVE REMOVED LAG, THE OTHERS ARE COMPLETELY UNAFFECTED
