ColecoVision emulator for PlayStation Portable

Changes :
* PSPLIB updated to latest version
* Images are now saved under PSP/PHOTOS/ColEm PSP
* Screenshot previews added to file browser
* Time rewind - use Control tab to set any button as the 'Rewind' button
