NES Emulator - Port of FCEUX to Wii and GameCube

Changes :
* DVD support fixed
* PAL/NTSC timing corrections
* Fixed some potential hangs when returning to menu
* Video/audio code changes
* Fixed scrolling text bug
* Other minor changes
