New version of pspudb , this time with support for jpcsp emulator!

Changelog:

-Improvements in ChangeUMD dialog
-JPCSP support:
-Added Autorun option (load and run the game)
-Added the option to Show Console (running java.exe) or not (running javaw.exe)
