ZX Spectrum Emulator for Windows

Changes :
- Added Pentagon 1024SL memory mode (PENT_1024=YES|NO in config)
- 16col graphic mode emulation (Pentagon 1024SL)
- 3 versions of border emulation - none,small,wide (BORDER=n in config)
- Updated readme files (RUS&ENG)
