My problem is that:
I have downloaded jpcsp2298.
I wanted to play Shin Budokai. After settings video for best I could do, I have only 25 fps. But it's not matter how much fps.
I have game in ''slow motion''. I mean everything is running slower than it should, I press A to attack and it take 2-3 seconds to response on screen.
The game is not like I have 5 fps and see picture showing, I see it in slow motion.
Any solution, because it's unplayable like this?
And 2nd question: why I have only 20-25 fps? Shouldn't I have something like 30-40?

2GB RAM
Radeon 4450HD
