JPCSP + AMD cards

I've been searching around but I haven't found anything interesting so I figured I'd post here instead. Every youtube video that runs JCPSP in great speed have been with Nvidia cards so my question is this:

I have:

Intel® Core™ i5-2500K CPU @ 3.30GHz

8.0 GB RAM

AMD Radeon HD 6970

I have between 10-20 FPS in Dissidia. What to do? I've followed all the settings etc etc. You think the emulator just hates AMD Cards?

in my case with i3 530 oc 3.6 Ghz and a hd 4670 in 3x scale i obtain better fps in dissidia 012 (only battles),i suggest try that one
