I run the game, but nothing happens.

So, recently I had to get my computer repaired and they changed the operating system so everything was wiped.
I had JPCSP on the old operating system (I didn't use it often though) and it worked perfectly with the game I'm using (Hatsune Miku: Project Diva 2nd).

I installed it again now on my new op. and choose the game from Load UMD like I used to, click run but... nothing happens?!

Can someone please help me. Here's some info, if you need more let me know and I'll post it.
