It looks mostly finished so why isn't it the main website yet?

I would guess because rpcs3 doesn't really need a website. I mean in practice it plays nothing.
Asus N55SF, i7-2670QM (~2,8 ghz under typical load), GeForce GT 555M (only OpenGL)
