jpcsp error

im using jpcsp0.3win(rev1105) im trying to run a cso of Disgaea 2 (US) and Disgaea 2 (US) Patched but every time i run i get a never ending error saying

31135[user_main]ERROR memory – read32 – Invalid memory address
0x2137AF0 PC=08804114

any help please
