It appears you don't have enough RAM if i am reading that correctly myself, whats your computer's specs?(Video Card, Processor, RAM, ETC)
Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 970 3.7 GHz, GPU: Geforce GTX 550 Ti, Ram: 16 GB, Windows 7 64-bit

You can edit your batch file and change -Xmx1024M to -Xmx900M. Normally, it's enought for the application can be created by java and run correctly.
