I doubt it though. Ben ten alien force psp is an awful game anyway. Don't waste your time playing it.

I was just warning him. Some games aren't just "good" and a lot of people who have played the game would agree.

lol, i second that. No, there's probably going to be a way to get AROUND the encrypted umds. Everything is possible on the internet.

okay for the improvements, the r1535 was used
i got around 3 frames increase ie. from avg of 15 to 18... thats a good improvement
by the way, its just a laptop (hence less performance) with 4GB RAM and 1GB ATI graphics... dont know if CPU matters but its Dual Core2

If i get the time, i will try it on someone's computer i know which is 6GB, 1GB Nvidia DDR3 (if i am nt mistaken) and i7 lol... overkill to java

Ok, let's see if we clarify this once and for all.
Rix8, JPCSP is not illegal, nor are any emulators (except where there are laws against them). The issue here is that the games themselves are encrypted.

Martin Korth didn't ran into this issue because there is no protection in NDS rom images. However, NO$GBA requires original bios and firmware files (since it's a LLE emulator), which are also illegal, but people still distribute them. PSP games that are encrypted can be easily decrypted with a real PSP, so if somone decides to start releasing illegal ISO's with decrypted boot files, they will ran in JPCSP.

Imagine if you couldn't get a bios or firmware file for NO$GBA, unless you dumped your own files from your Nintendo DS. NO$GBA would be pointless, beacuse it wouldn't be able to run any games. This doesn't happen with HLE emulators like JPCSP, because we're actually emulating every single thing in a PSP. Of course, there's nothing we can do against encrypted games, like NO$GBA couldn't do anything if they suddenly began releasing encrypted rom images.
The encryption used in PSP games is quite advanced, but it's not perfect. Possibly, one day, someone will fully reverse the crypto engine and acquire the keys to break this encryption (like Datel already did), but until then, your only chance to play these games is to decrypt just the boot files.

Obviously, sharing these files is illegal, but it's just as illegal as sharing bios files, so, like I said, anyone with a PSP can decrypt these files and distribute them, but we don't allow such thing here because it's piracy. However, if you get those files from any other place, that's entirely from your responsability.
