JPCSP Launcher [v1.8.0.4]
Hey guys I found what could be the problem with using the launcher...

I Had an Athlon 64 X2 processor and I upgraded to a Phenom II 955 black Edition X4 and now I can run the launcher.

Before no matter what i tried it would crash and give the Vista error when Vista is incapable of launching a program so it crashes.

So maybe you need a Triple Core or better to use the launcher?

Hey, I was looking at the java commands and found that the command

-XX:+UseAdaptiveSizePolicy

helps boost FPS by 10-20% on my comp maybe it helps others?

Without it I play Bleach Heat the Soul 7 at 40-50 FPS and with it i play it at 45-65

cool Smile, think its possible that we'd be able to find a command that would make audio work better?

I doubt it, whats wrong with audio besides the unimplemented stuff? , also researching the option -XX:+UseAdaptiveSizePolicy it looks like it might already be enabled by default in java, I'm still looking into it though.

messing around with more options i found another option -XX:MaxGCPauseMillis=1 can really help reduce pauses in some games.

it could be the unimplemented stuff i'm thinking of, when the music cuts out early, its not even that it doesn't loop it just cuts out randomly until a new song starts

v1.4.0.5 [2-9-2011]
-Removed obsolete option -XX:ThreadStackSize (-xss does the same thing)
-Added ReservedCodeCacheSize, some games can use up the default cache size use this option to increase it.
-Added MaxGCPauseMillis setting this can reduce the "pause" feeling in some games for more smooth gameplay. (lower is better for this setting but to low might cause other problems.)
-Fixed a checkbox bug when clicking default.
