again delete that file.

Where is that file stored on OS X?

EDIT: I found it. It's inside the .app bundle (Contents/Resources/Java/Settings.properties). However, deleting it doesn't help. Jpcsp recreates it every time I try to load a game, and the auto-generated copy causes the same error.
