You're right about the first two point but actually Ys 7 plays pretty well with JPCSP.
@deathmoon78: It's because the data files in the ISO are not where they should be. Ys7 (and most Falcom games) call the files through their sector number and this is where you get your problems. The only safe (and the only supported) way is to buy the game, rip it yourself and use this ISO.

I'm afraid I have to confirm the error. When accepting to go down the rope it shortly shows the "Now loading" and then it goes black and nothing further.
This is what it shows in the logger shortly before going black: stdout - !Err! Not Found Entry No
Log on INFO level and then on DEBUG after it went black

In the Flame Shrine, all time which I pull the level for the elevator go to down, I got a black screen, and Adol go to begin of Flame Shrine. I don't know what to do, my saves don't work in my PSP.

Please provide a savegame just before this happens or make a log file on INFO yourself.

I tried your savegame and can verify the error. However the log does not indicate anything why it stops working. Maybe gid or Hykem can figure out what is going on.

Thanks Darth1701, I was thinking what a do wrong, but this happened with you too, I suppose which I do nothing wrong. I suppose with time, the news versions of JPCSP will go through that part. When I make it, I will post, how.
But, if somebody through the Flame Shrine, including the part of elevator using JPCSP, please post how.
