there's some issue with r3409....

you probably d/load from wrong source . try the official www.jpcsp.org builds . I just test it and work fine

I should say the last emulator which is function properly for me which is 3383....

hmm try get all the jar files from the lib/windows-amd64 folder and place then into bin/lib folder. Seems that for some reason you can't see the library path...

You mean I copy all the java files from c drive and paste it through bin/lib folder?Huh

take all the jar files you will find in lib/windows-amd64 dir on jpcsp archive and place them into a new created folder on bin's jpcsp folder
