Code:

Texture functions TFUNC_FRAGMENT_DOUBLE_TEXTURE_EFECT_UNKNOWx have the same behavior as TFUNC_FRAGMENT_DOUBLE_TEXTURE_EFECT_ADD. Tested on PSP using 3DStudio.
