SNES emulator for Wii and GameCube, based on Snes9x 1.52

Changes :
* DVD support fixed
* Fixed some cheats issues
* Fixed some potential hangs when returning to menu
* Video/audio code changes
* Fixed scrolling text bug
* Other minor changes
