The problematic movie which caused the hanging in the faked MPEG is now ignored, it's not a important movie for the gameplay (only the typical Falcom intro with a real nice music )
I played a bit through and it really worked well. Problems with the text are still present. Saving and loading works, sound effects are working

There were various problems with that game the last 200+ revisions but this game is now playable again!
Settings: Only "Media Engine enabled" and "Use SonicStage for decoding" are required, everything else off.
The movie is not ignored anymore and plays well and with sound (when using SonicStage or decoded on your PSP) but it is out of sync. The text problems are also gone.
Music also works with loops

Video Settings:
[X] Use shaders (experimental)
[X] Enable dynamic shader generation
Game runs good, movies now in-sync, the needle isn't shown anymore in the intro scenes
The only thing is, it is a bit slow on my configuration. I have attached the profiler log, maybe it is helpful.
