Oh, and I was testing some things, different option, everything, and noticed another cutscene which played without audio, and possibly couldn't play before this rev. It is the first of the secret episode. The other two cutscenes of the secret episode play fine, with audio, but this one doesn't.
Now, they are playable, so anyone can complete the game. The lack of audio is a bit boring, but it doesn't matter as much as blocking the game.
Anyways, I've searched a bit on the forum, tried to disable media engine, and/or sonicstage, tried to tick/untick certain options, tried to update codecs.... but nothing so far. I think you did something when you built this rev to make these videos playable, but somehow it didn't apply to the audio... Whatever, it's weird!
