You need to enable the media engine which is located in the media tab of the configuration menu. You could also enable the decode with sonic stage option as well in the media tab to get the music and what not working but you need to install sonic stage 4.3 first. Btw, you don't need to make more pointless threads when there are a hundreds (not really) Crisis Core threads on this forum.
Funny thing, I spend more time on the forum instead of on emulators
